JAHM MPDB

In cooperation with JAHM Software, Inc. Matplus provides a material property database using it‘s own software EDA.

The JAHM database grants easy accessibility to a collection exceeding 16,000 materials and 145,000 data curves. The databases contains 45 material properties, including elastic modulus, thermal expansion, density, tensile and yield strengths, fatigue curves (S-N & ε-N), and more. Some materials also include temperature-dependent data calculated with different constitutive equation. You can effortlessly input data directly into SOLIDWORKS, Abaqus, and Excel software. Various other data formats are also compatible.

Available material groups:

  • Cast irons
  • Tool steels
  • Aluminum alloys
  • Copper alloys
  • Nickel alloys
  • Magnetic alloys & Electrical steels
  • Cements
  • Woods
  • and more

All materials and the corresponding data are backed up by references like books, standards and company publications.
